Daytime temperatures are around 25–30°C (77–86°F). Nighttime temperatures are cooler, usually around 15–20°C (59–68°F). In early March, humidity levels are generally comfortable, and rainfall is rare, making it a popular time to visit.
No special previous experience is required, but participants must have a valid international driver’s license.

The fasting month of Ramadan begins in 2025 on February 28 and ends on March 30. During Ramadan, certain regulations with regard to eating, drinking or smoking in public during daylight hours do apply.
